Production Operator

Are you a hands-on person with technical insight? Would you like to work in a dynamic production environment and be part of a close-knit team? For our production site in Weert, we are looking for a Production Operator to work in a 3-shift system! What will you do?

• As a Production Operator, you ensure that our production process runs smoothly. You will be responsible for:
• Correctly setting and operating the production machines
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Transporting raw materials with a forklift to the appropriate machines (internal logistics)
• Performing physical tasks such as hanging big bags and supplying raw materials
• Recording production data and printing labels

• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not a must. Your commitment, motivation, and perseverance are just as important to us.
• You don't have a wait-and-see attitude, you take initiative and quickly understand what needs to be done.
• You gain energy from teamwork and achieving shared goals. You easily switch between colleagues in production and the warehouse.
• You are eager to learn and want to keep developing yourself. That way, you'll grow into a true expert in your field.
