Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician you will ensure the highest standards in the production of aluminum cans. You’ll play a key role in maintaining measurement systems, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and customer specifications. Your key responsibilities are:

• Monitor, calibrate, and maintain measurement and testing equipment;
• Analyze quality data using SPC tools (Minitab, Statistica) to support production and process improvements;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards (ISO, BRC, HACCP);
• Manage documentation, records, and sample retention for quality investigations;
• Train internal staff on quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Completed secondary education; a qualification in quality management is a plus;
• Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role;
• Skilled in using measurement tools and test equipment;
• Familiar with SPC, Minitab, and quality systems (ISO, HACCP, BRC);
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written);
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
