As a welder you focus on welding one or more parts together, using different techniques and in different positions. Consistent quality is important within our production departments, so we have drawn up work instructions for you for the most common activities. We teach you how your work should be carried out, what planning we follow and what the end result should look like. We expect you to identify any deviations and discuss them with your manager or responsible colleague. We also think it is important that you actively contribute to improving our production process. This starts with seeing and discussing the opportunities for improvement in your own sub-tasks. Finally, safety at work is of course paramount. Safely to the company and safely back home.
