As an Intercedent you will coordinate the activities of our temporary workers and attract new candidates. With your creative and energetic approach, you know how to select and persuade candidates to work with our clients. Finding the perfect match is your goal! The role of Intercedent is a combined one where you will find yourself in an environment with diverse responsibilities, making every day different!

Your responsibilities as an Intercedent include:

• Recruiting and selecting EU candidates for our clients;
• Writing unique job descriptions and blogs for our website and Facebook;
• Maintaining good relationships with our recruitment agencies;
• Sending and updating work schedules in the system;
• Making contracts, arranging documents (such as the BSN), being the first point of contact for employees for questions about work, housing, etc.;
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and planning;
• Performing administrative tasks necessary for the entire process.

Simply put, this is a multitasking role and you are always up for a challenge, flexible to change your plan when an unexpected challenge arises.
